When will my order ship?
Babytoothalbum.com endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. We ship Monday through Friday except holidays via USPS or UPS when you choose the standard delivery option. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation. Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

By which carrier will my order be shipped?
To keep your shipping costs lower we ship via United States Postal Service or UPS depending on the size and weight of your order.
When will my order be delivered?
Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Pacific Standard Time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified below. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Standard Ground: ususally ships within 3 to 8 business days.

What does it cost to ship my order?
Shipping rates are calculated according to the weight of your order and/or the type of packaging. Orders weighing one pound or more, or shipping other than Standard Ground, will be shipped according to their weight and shipping rate. Before you authorize payment, you will be able to see the calculated shipping charges.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, Babytoothalbum.com is pleased to offer shipping to all addresses, according U.S. law. The delivery time for overseas shipments may vary.
What if I change my mind and want a different product after my order is placed?

Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When you register with Babytoothalbum.com, you will have the option to create your own address list. This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to whom you frequently send gifts. It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time.
What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?
As long as the purchase was made within the timeframe specified below and the item has not been used or worn, you may return your order. Simply include your name, address, phone number and a note describing the problem along with the items you are returning (please use the original shipping box and packing materials). Write the return authorization number RA 100 on the front of the package. Merchandise purchased at full retail price and returned within 20 days from the ship date on your invoice will be credited in the original tender (credit card or online gift certificate), if accompanied by original invoice.

How long does it take to process my return?

If I want to exchange my item for a similar item or a different color, how do I do that?
